peepox.one respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content hosted on peepox.one infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We'll process valid notices promptly.

How to submit a notice

Send an email to dmca@peepox.one that includes all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works, a representative list.
• The URL of the infringing material on peepox.one (or enough info for us to locate it).
• Your contact information: full legal name, email, mailing address, and phone number.
• A good-faith statement that you have a reasonable belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

• We acknowledge the notice within 2 business days.
• We review the claim and, if it's complete and facially valid, remove or disable access to the alleged infringing material within 5 business days.
• We notify the uploader of the takedown and pass through your contact info (redacted at your request).
• The uploader may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake.

Counter-notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. The counter-notice must include your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your district, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat infringers

peepox.one reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
